Wondering what you can do with user-submitted information in WPForms? Form entries are an easily accessible way to manage and review the details your users are sharing with you.

Show form entries
You can view site-wide counts and submission data on the Total Submissions page, view the submission information for each form, or open the individual submission page to get all the details for that submission.
Total number of entries page
You can access all WPForms entries in your WordPress admin. Go toWPForms » Posts. Here you can see a list of all the forms on your website along with the number of submissions.
You can customize the chart on the Totals page using the Date Range drop-down menu in the upper-right corner. You can view data for the last 7 days or the last 30 days.
The date range is also reflected in the table.
If you want to see a chart of the input numbers for a single form, click the chart icon in the table.
To view your site's total listings again, click the red buttonXnext to the form name above the chart.
Form Inputs page
Alternatively, you can view a list of all entries for a specific form. There are two ways to access this page.
The first option is to leaveWPForms » Alle Formulareand clickstarterunder the title of the form whose submissions you want to view.
This will take you to the submission page for that particular form.
Alternatively you can go toWPForms » Postsand click the title of the form whose submissions you want to view in the table.
This will take you to the page with the same form entries.
There are links to many useful resources at the top of the page.
These options include:
- Edit this form:This link will take you to the form builder where you can make changes to this particular form.
- Show form:This way you can see how the form will look on the front end of your website. You can also use it to send test entries.
- Export all: Export ticketsfor this form.
- Mark all as read:Just like marking an email as "read," the green circles that indicate unread items are removed.
- Delete everything: Deletes all form entriesat once.
For each entry you can also click on one of theActionsforSee,Edit, orExtinguishThe.
For better orientation, you can also mark important entries by clicking on the star symbol on the left side of the table.
single entry page
To open the individual input page for a specific submission, open the form input page and clickSeenext to the entry you want to see in more detail.
On a single entry page, you can see a lot of information, including the user's entry and field choices, submission date, and user details, if applicable.
You can also perform actions specific to this entry, including:
- Press:This option will take you to the print preview page where you canPrint to enter.
- Export (CSV):This allows youExport to Inboxas a CSV file.
- Export (XLSX):This allows youExport to Inboxas an XLSX file.
- Resend notifications:Clicking on this link will resend thenotification email.
- To mark as unread:This action adds the green circle that shows unread entries.
- Delete star:Clicking on this link will remove itSternfrom to entrance
if you have itGeolocation add-oninstalled and activated, you can also view the geolocation data of your users.
Customize the display of the landing page
You can adjust the number of rows and columns on each input page to suit your preferences.

To adjust the number of rows displayed on the Entries page, clickscreen optionsTab in the top right corner of the page.
On the drop-down tab, change the number in the boxpaginationField for the number of entries you want to display per page. Then clickUsebutton to save your changes.
columns
By default, the Inputs page displays data from the first three fields of your form. By customizing this, you can quickly see the most important field data for each form.
To choose which fields are visible on the form entries page, click the gear icon in the upper-right corner of your entries list.
In the window that appears, select the columns you want to view from the drop-down menu and click the buttonSAVE AND UPDATETaste.

Search and filter entries
WPForms makes it easy to search entries by keywords or filter entries by date. Go toWPForms » Postsand select the title of the form whose entries you want to search or filter.
Then use the drop-down menus and fields above the list to search for specific keywords or filter entries by submission date.

Export Entries
You can easily export form entries as a CSV or XLSX file. To export all entries from a form, click the buttonexport everythingOption at the top of the Form Entries page.
If you want to export a specific entry, you can do so from the individual entry page. Just click on the export option for your preferred file type in theActionssection on the right side of the screen.
You can then open the exported file with a spreadsheet program such as Excel. Check out our tutorial for more informationHow to export form input.
Hide empty fields
if you useintelligent conditional logicin your forms or if some fields are notmandatory, it is possible that some users submit a form with one or more empty fields.
To hide empty fields when viewing individual entries, clickhide empty fieldsin the top right corner of the entry.
To show empty fields, just click on thatshow empty fieldslink in the same place.
Editing form entries
If you need to make changes to a form entry, you can edit it. To do this, open your individual entry page and click on theEditKnopf anEntry Detailssection on the right side of the screen.

Print form entries
There are several ways to print form entries. You canexport them as CSV or XLSXand then open the file in a program like Excel and print it.
Alternatively, you can print from a custom landing page. UnderActionsIn the right sidebar, select thePressPossibility.
You get to the print preview page. Click on thatPressbutton to print the entry.

Compress entries for printing
To print entries in compact view, click the gear icon to the left of theCloseButton. This allows you to see more print options.
Next, enable thecompact viewPossibility.
You can also choose to show or hideempty fields,Campos-HTML, zsection dividerin the print preview. Hiding these fields allows you to further condense the entry before printing.

Adding notes to an entry
You can include additional information in individual entries after submitting them with notes. On each listing page, scroll down toNutssection and clickAttached note.
Delete all entries
On any page with form entries, you can easily delete all entries at once. Click on thatdelete everythinglink to it.
monitoring: Deleting all entries will completely remove them from your website's database. It is recommended to youExport your existing form entrieseMake a backup of your website databasebefore proceeding.

Configure incoming notifications
You can configure submission notifications to be sent to your email address when users submit your forms. Depending on how often and how detailed you look into your notifications, there are two built-in options:
- Autoform Notification Emails:Submit yourself (or others).Notification Emailsevery time a form is submitted. By default, these emails contain all registration details. However, you can customize them in a variety of ways to include the information you want to receive.
- Weekly Inbound Reports:By default, your site admin gets oneweekly summary via emailshows how many inputs each form received.
You can enable either or both of these notification options for your forms.
